Calypso has signed a sponsorship agreement with The Color Run as Official Watch of the event. This is a race also known as 'the happiest 5 km on the planet': it is in fact the most colourful and original 5 km race held in over 300 cities around the world, whose primary objective is to promote an active and healthy life through fun. Colours, cheerfulness, sport and music are the absolute protagonists of each edition.
Calypso will have visibility on a selection of stages in Spain, France, the UK and Germany from April to November 2016 and on all Italian dates (10 stages) until September: Turin, Bari, Trento, Reggio Emilia, Florence, Genoa, Venice, Lignano, Rimini and Milan.
On the event's official website, Calypso is the protagonist of the countdown activated before the start of each race. Similarly, the image of a giant Calypso clock placed at the finish village marks the countdown before the Color Blast, the moment when all participating athletes unleash the launch of coloured powders producing an evocative cloud of colour on the runners.
