It is called "Box For Toys", the first line of safety boxes for watches and jewellery to be created in an architecture studio, signed GioPagani. A piece of design to furnish a home or office, to be placed inside a boutique or even installed on a yacht. It is a special container to keep the objects of our dreams safe and secure, customisable both internally and externally down to the smallest detail.
Today, the collection comprises ten serial models. The first, part of a special limited edition of five pieces, is "The Black Box", which made its debut in Porto Cervo, among the world's selected luxury brands inside the Prestige Village. Exceptional partner is the maison de Grisogono, which displays the most precious pieces of its haute horlogerie collection inside The Black Box.
Designed and engineered to hold 16 watches on as many watch winder rotors, 'The Black Box' is also equipped with two removable watch winder rotors and two jewellery trays.
The polished maple exterior features a very special black mother-of-pearl inlay, specially made by a Venetian craftsman. All the steels have been handcrafted and shaped in collaboration with a network of established Italian companies, using the most high-performance welding technologies. The safe is in fact made entirely of a double layer of steel with high thermal resistance and is lined with manganese plates. Security is also guaranteed by a mechanical three-disc combiner, capable of offering more than 1.4 million combinations.
