Once again this year, Breguet will support Only Watch, a charity auction held in Monaco. The auction will be held under the patronage of Prince Albert II of Monaco and will feature watches created especially for the event. In particular, Breguet will be offering a skeleton Classique Chronograph (Ref. 5284), powered by a hand-wound mechanical movement (calibre 533.2 SQ), originally named Calibre 2310, itself derived from Calibre CH 27, designed by Albert Piguet for Lemania in the 1940s. The case of this Classique Chronograph, which is also equipped with a column wheel, is made of 18-carat yellow gold and features the classic cannelé motif on the side, while the back is fitted with a sapphire crystal. The dial also offers a view of the beautifully finished movement with its 48-hour power reserve.
