Change of look for the Piaget Polo

The squelette version of the Piaget Polo, the innovative high-end sports model created by the company in 1979, was born. Its refinement required the creation of a 30% case that was slimmer than the existing models and an evolution of the Piaget 1200S self-winding skeleton movement powered by an off-centre micro-rotor. The result is a case that is 6.5 millimetres thick (almost 3 millimetres thinner than the traditional models) and the adoption of the automatic Piaget 1200S1 calibre, which is only 2.4 millimetres, visible from both the dial and the case back. The integrated bracelet, made of steel like the case and with a polished and satin-finished 'H' design, has also been revised to be easily interchangeable. This allows it to be effortlessly replaced with the leather strap supplied with each watch, thus increasing its versatility. The new Piaget Polo Skeleton is available in two models: the first with a blue PVD movement, the second with a slate grey finish.
