Eberhard & Co. has a long tradition in the manufacture of ladies' watches, ever since, at the beginning of the last century, it encased tiny movements in jewellery watches decorated with precious stones and coloured enamels. As the decades passed, the House then devoted itself above all to the production of chronographs, but there has never been a lack of watches designed and made for ladies in the Swiss Maison's production. As in the case of the new ladies' model called Réve. The French word "rêve", meaning dream, is strongly evocative of a poetic state of mind that has inspired the Maison. This new model from Eberhard & Co. has a 30 mm steel case combined with a mother-of-pearl dial, whether or not set with brilliant-cut diamonds. A third version is embellished with 50 brilliant-cut diamonds on the bezel. Finally, the steel case back is engraved with the phrase 'Tout commence par un Rêve' (translation: 'everything begins with a dream').
