Festina presents the Automatic collection consisting of models that employ, as the name suggests, a self-winding mechanical movement with an oscillating frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour and a 40-hour power reserve. The F6845 and F6846 models offer a privileged view of the mechanism through open windows on the dial. The former, in particular, have a 42-millimetre steel case that becomes one with the bracelet, also made of steel. The dial, sober and essential, comes in four trendy colours: grey, champagne, blue and black. The hours are indicated by baton hour markers, and in the centre, the aperture on the balance connects in an interplay with the seconds and day/night counters. Classic-contemporary tones characterise the F6846, with its 40.80 millimetre diameter steel case, leather strap and dial available in four colours: white, grey, bright blue and black. Here, the opening on the dial becomes more generous to show a larger portion of the movement; on the same dial are inscriptions for 21 jewels and 21,600 vibrations per hour. Completing the Automatic collection are the models in the F6848 line, characterised by a dial rich in details: Roman numerals and small counters indicating the minutes and hours. The steel case is 42 millimetres in diameter. The classic mood of these watches is underlined by the choice of crocodile-print leather straps, as well as the workmanship of the dials (available in blue, black and white).
