Garmin Move IQ automatically recognises what physical activity you are doing and then starts recording your physical activity. The data collected is then downloaded directly to Garmin Connect or via the Garmin Connect Mobile app, where it can be analysed easily and intuitively. Finally, don't forget the Smart Notification feature, thanks to which you can receive emails, SMS, incoming calls and push notifications.
