The Hublot Big Bang and Premier League, produced in a limited edition of 200 pieces, employs a lightweight 42 mm polished and satin-finished titanium case. This new model is based on the Hublot Big Bang launched last year, to which several features tailored for Premier League fans have been added. The strap, available in the iconic Premier League purple, can be quickly changed by the wearer thanks to Hublot's One Click system. Each strap adopts a micro-bead-blasted black ceramic buckle. In this way, watch owners can easily change the look of the watch by choosing the colours of the rubber strap and different dial configurations. The watch is equipped with the Wear OS by Google and is complemented by the exclusive Hublot Loves Football Premier League app, which will later be made available to owners of Hublot Big Bang models on hublot.com or via the Google Play Store. The app allows users to receive animated notifications to remind them of the kick-off times for Premier League matches (15 minutes before the whistle), as well as goals, penalties, substitutions, yellow and red cards and injury time. The dial can be set to display the time digitally or analogue and, when a match starts, the watch automatically switches to 'Match Mode'. The app also shows the line-ups and VAR decisions and, at the end of each match, starts a countdown to the next challenge. Should two matches take place at the same time, the user will be able to switch between them with a simple tap on the screen. Hublot will supply the Premier League referees with a special version of the watch that will not be commercially available. Made of an ultra-light composite, it is even lighter than the ceramic version and has additional functions, such as goal line technology that tells the referee when the entire surface of the ball has crossed the line.
