Bulgari Horlogerie is an integrated 360-degree manufacture that has grown exponentially over time, with a workforce of around 400 people. Master watchmakers, engineers, CAD operators and other artisans and technicians, located at various sites in the Swiss Jura region, work with skill and patience on the design and development of the brand's timepieces, from the initial drawings to the final inspection, including the creation of the mechanisms and the production of all components, including cases and dials.

There are three establishments where this takes place. The main nerve centre of Bulgari's watchmaking activities is the Neuchâtel headquarters: a large multi-storey building with a large terracotta-coloured façade punctuated by more than fifty windows. Bright spaces, with white as the predominant colour, where the ideas and design of the watches are born and where the final assembly and quality control also takes place.

Le Sentier is the movement production centre, where all the mechanical calibres of Bulgari watches are made; including the great complications, such as tourbillons, perpetual calendars and the Piccolissimo calibre.

Finally, in Saignelégier, there is the integrated production site for cases, bracelets and dials: this is the most recent factory in the Bulgari watchmaking sector, as the modern style of the building also reveals. Inaugurated a few years ago after the complete renovation and extension of an existing building, it was designed to create a centre of expertise for the external parts of the watch: today it houses more than 20 different professionals working with great synergy on materials
