New Zenith Revival edition

For the first Manufacture Edition, Zenith has reproduced a prototype dial for its most iconic chronograph. Thus was born the Chronomaster Revival Manufacture Edition: the white lacquered dial, with three counters in different shades of blue, is inspired by vintage prototypes never presented and found in the manufacture's attic where they are said to have been hidden by Charles Vermot in the 1970s. The 38 mm stainless steel case with pump pushers is also an exact reproduction of the 1969 A386 model and the plans of the original were used to preserve its proportions. The movement driving the watch dates back to 1969, the El Primero high-frequency automatic column-wheel chronograph. The special Chronomaster Revival Manufacture Edition is available only on the brand's new e-commerce platform and for visitors to the Zenith Manufacture in Le Locle. The e-commerce site will be launched gradually in different markets starting with Italy, France and Switzerland in May, followed by Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom and finally the United States. The packaging of the watch takes the form of a book to be displayed in a bookshop and features the layout of the Zenith Manufacture on the cover; it will also include a comic strip on Charles Vermot created by the famous Swiss cartoonist Cosey, as well as a reproduction of the vintage dial found in the attic.
