New version of the Breguet Tradition 7097

Breguet presents a revised version of the Tradition Automatique Seconde Rétrograde 7097 available exclusively in the brand's boutiques. Admiring bridges, wheels, escapement, barrel and other components usually hidden beneath the mainplate, this timepiece takes its name from the retrograde seconds hand at 10 o'clock, which complements the hours and minutes indicated by Breguet's rhodium-plated steel "pomme évidée" hands. To optimise the legibility of the information and highlight this complication, the Manufacture's watchmakers have superimposed it, with a brushed semi-circle with a circular motif, on the blue gold dial off-centred at 12 o'clock. The 40 mm-diameter white gold case houses a numbered self-winding mechanical movement signed Breguet, calibre 505SR1, equipped with an inverted-line anchor escapement and silicon balance-spring.
