de Grisogono has reopened its New York boutique in a new location at 700 Madison Avenue. The move to a larger location in the Big Apple is the result of a decision by David and Lisa Klein, CEO and President of de Grisogono USA respectively, to respond to the desire expressed by their ever-growing clientele for a wider selection of jewellery.
"We are thrilled to reopen the doors of the de Grisogono boutique on Madison Avenue in New York. Our select clientele now has a new focal point to experience the de Grisogono universe," commented Lisa Klein. "The new address will be home to de Grisogono's unparalleled offering of beautiful stones and the world's finest form of craftsmanship," added David Klein.
For the creation of this boutique, the Maison collaborated with David Collins Studio, a London design signature, already involved in the design of the de Grisogono boutique in London. An entrance in the candid tones of Carrara marble leads into a 150 square metre space on the main floor. An iconic setting, dark walnut display cabinets with brass details and metal weave panels by Sophie Mallebranche surround an imposing brass chandelier by Hudson Furniture. Upstairs, a private lounge is decorated with coloured silk in shades of purple, contrasting with a lilac marble fireplace from Turkey, white-clad walls, luxurious sofas and dramatic light installations that create an intimate and exclusive shopping experience.
