Omega Seamaster Diver 300M 'Beijing 2022' Special Edition

In 2022 (exactly one year from now), China will host the Olympic Winter Games and Omega will be there as Official Timekeeper. To mark the occasion, the Bienne-based company has created a special edition of the Seamaster Diver 300M, with a 42 mm steel case and a dial and back decorated with special details that pay homage to this historic winter competition. On the dial, for example, which is blue and made of ceramic with a sun-brushed finish, the hour markers at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 o'clock echo the Olympic colours. The hour markers themselves, as well as the hands, are treated with SuperLuminova. The unidirectional rotating bezel has a grade 5 titanium ring with raised hour markers. At 10 o'clock is the helium escape valve (water resistance is guaranteed up to 30 atmospheres). The caseback (equipped with Omega's patented Naiad Lock system) features the Beijing 2022 logo in relief. The movement used is the Omega calibre 8800, mechanical with automatic winding, with METAS-approved Master Chronometer certificate, resistant to magnetic fields up to 15,000 Gauss and with silicon balance spring and 55-hour power reserve. Finally, the polished and satin-brushed steel bracelet is fitted with a patented extendible folding clasp with a push-button clasp and an additional diver's extension.
Price: 6,200 euro.
