Operti - Summer at Forte Village

The series of summer events organised by the Antica Orologeria Candido Operti at the Forte Village Resort, Sardinia, in collaboration with major watch and jewellery brands began on 8 July. The first of the evenings was dedicated to a review of selected pieces from the latest jewellery collections by Damiani, Pasquale Bruni, Pomellato, Chantecler and Vhernier. And for watches: Audemars Piguet, Chanel, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Hublot. Chopard was present on both fronts, on the one hand with its Imperial model chronograph and on the other with jewellery from the Animal World line. At this event, the Antica Orologeria Candido Operti presented its exclusive collection of Made in Italy jewellery in a 'summer' version, characterised by combinations of white and fancy diamonds, coloured stones and creations, single or in parures, enriched with sapphires, rubies and emeralds. Among the watches that stood out the most for their distinctiveness were those from Hublot's Pop Art collection, with their bright colours and bold combinations: apple green for the strap, purple and blue for the dial (or vice versa), with a pink gold case embellished with baguette-cut sapphires (Hublot was the official timekeeper at the recently concluded World Cup in Brazil). The Cagliari-based company's calendar of forthcoming events includes monographic exhibitions dedicated to Pomellato jewellery (17 July) and Damiani (24 July), and to Chanel watches (5 August) and Audemars Piguet (14 August).
