A return to the 1970s for the Monaco by TAG Heuer

TAG Heuer is unveiling three new Monaco models, two of which sport a steel bracelet, a restyling of the one fitted on the original 1970s models, the era to which the last bracelet versions of the Monaco before the current ones date. True to its original design, the new bracelet is wider at the lugs while tapering at the points where it wraps around the wrist for greater comfort. Another difference concerns the horizontal bars, which are now connected by smaller horizontal links. The highlight among these bracelet models is the one fitted with a bold black dial with a soleil effect. Its counterpart has a bright blue dial, also with a soleil effect, featuring a colour combination of red, white and blue reminiscent of the original Monaco watches from 1969. The model with the black dial is also available with a black leather strap. All three watches are equipped with the IWC-manufactured Calibre Heuer 02 movement, which is visible through the sapphire crystal case back and provides an 80-hour power reserve.
