The Sowind Group, which includes the Girard-Perregaux and Jeanrichard brands, has signed an agreement with The Hour Glass Ltd. to exclusively distribute both brands in Southeast Asia. Founded in 1979, The Hour Glass specialises in the resale of luxury watches in Asia and, under the terms of this agreement, will manage the sales of Girard-Perregaux and Jeanrichard, as well as the distribution channels, marketing and after-sales activities for Southeast Asia, effective immediately.
