Next 24 June is the date for the Red Bull X-Fighters World Tour, the freestyle motocross show for the second time in Italy. The host of the event, sponsored by Swatch, will be the Stadio Olimpico in Rome, where twelve of the best riders will battle it out in thrilling performances and the winner will receive a $1,500 cheque in the shape of a watch with the Italian tricolour. Also competing are two Swatch Pro Team Athletes champions: Australian Robbie Maddison, the Daredevil of the 21st century, and young New Zealander Levi Sherwood, who literally grew up on two wheels. The next stops will be Madrid, on 15 July, in the beautiful setting of Plaza de Toros de las Ventas; Warsaw, on 6 August, at Narodowy Stadium; Sydney, on 17 September, where the championship final will be held.
