A day dedicated to the Breitling universe

Breitling celebrated its Brand Day in Milan at the Officine del Volo, a location in the historic former Caproni aeronautical workshops. The event was attended by the brand's CEO Georges Kern, selected Breitling Partners & Friends and members of the Breitling Squads, the stars of the new advertising campaign. Among the guests were numerous lifestyle, sports and watch journalists and the most prestigious watchmakers. In the afternoon, a convention was held, hosted by Kern, who presented the brand's universe through film clips and the testimonies of numerous Breitling Friends from the world of sport. New products for 2019 were also presented, including the Super Ocean Heritage II Chronograph 44 Outerknown. The watch features a black steel case with DLC coating and is distinguished by the engraving of the Outerknown logo on the bottom. Chronometer-certified by the Cosc, it sports a unidirectional ceramic bezel that is ultra scratch- and shock-resistant, with a central luminescent dot at 12 o'clock. The Super-LumiNova coating on the luminescent dot and on the hour and minute hands emits a blue light instead of the classic green, in keeping with the design of the model.
