This year, Vulcain has produced several models inspired by its history but brought up to date with the use of a novel design. One of these is the 50s Presidents' Watch Tradition which, instead of having the seconds and alarm hands in the centre, has two separate counters indicated by their respective hands (the seconds hand at 8 o'clock and the alarm hand at 4 o'clock). Thanks to the adoption of a new generation movement, the manual Cricket V-40 calibre, the power reserve has increased from 40 to 52 hours. The case is in steel and the strap is made of mat black Louisiana alligator closed by a pin buckle.
