The Christmas display of Pisa Orologeria

To celebrate the arrival of Christmas, Pisa Orologeria transformed its three Milanese points of sale into evocative environments where the element of ice 'revisited' became the protagonist. In the Boutique in Via Verri, in fact, the Time Gallery has been transformed into a real igloo inside which an aerial installation created with 50 three-dimensional ice crystals in white painted steel acts as a catalysing element for the 14 display windows. This scenic structure is in turn suspended above a circular mirror in which it is reflected, creating a spectacular display. In the adjoining Patek Philippe Boutique, ice crystal is the eye-catching element of precious carved natural cardboard panelling on the perimeter walls. A linear fireplace warms the space, creating a warm family atmosphere. The inclusion of ad hoc Meritalia furnishings accentuates the intimacy of the boutique. The Meritalia company is once again a partner of Pisa Orologeria with "Libertà" by Tobia Scarpa and "Nicole" by Vittorio Prato, respectively a chair formed by two simple sheets of aluminium sheet suitably shaped and folded and a small living room formed by armchairs and poufs with structure padding in polyurethane foam and a knitted and wadded finish. The façade of the Rolex Boutique was invaded by a cascade of 100 three-dimensional ice crystals in white painted steel, which became integral parts of its architecture. A white snowfall that descends from the highest floors almost to the entrance. Inside, the white version of the 'Giullare' sofa designed by Gaetano Pesce for Meritalia and Mario Bellini's 'Via Lattea' create a trait-d'union with the exterior. A celebratory event took place yesterday in the Via Verri boutique where journalists, partners, customers and friends were able to toast with Moët & Chandon and Belvedere Vodka. Christmas cocktails were specially created for this special evening by and for Pisa Orologeria.
