de Grisogono at Deluxe Village by Harrods

On 15 June, the 'Deluxe Village' was inaugurated in Porto Cervo where, in addition to Harrods' first Italian space, de Grisogono is also present. Here, until 15 September, a special safe equipped with 16 devices to guarantee visibility and maximum security is available for the precious watches of the Geneva Maison. After the case of the diamond necklace worth almost 2 million euros, stolen at the Cannes Film Festival during the fashion show-event at the Eden Roc, in Antibes, the quest for security grows in step with the brand's notoriety, now 20 years old, and the preciousness of the creations of Fawaz Gruosi, de Grisogono's founder. The "Box for Toys" safe, the aesthetics of which can be personalised, houses the most precious pieces of de Grisogono's haute horlogerie collections: from the "Occhio" model for men, whose original sound complication is concealed by a mechanism reminiscent of the diaphragms of cameras, to jewellery proposals for women such as the brand new "Sugar", presented at BaselWorld and available in orange and blue sapphires, emeralds or diamonds. "Deluxe Village" will welcome tourists to Porto Cervo in the redeveloped area of the former Molo Vecchio. The project by GioPagani, the Italian architect behind the new luxury centre, has created a veritable miniature village with recreational and exhibition spaces surrounded by a vast garden. Inside the new oasis area are 22 crystal and patinated steel structures to house as many luxury brands.
