Parmigiani Fleurier - Montreux Jazz Festival 2013

Once again this year, for the seventh time in a row, Parmigiani Fleurier participated as main sponsor of the Montreux Jazz Festival, underlining once again the synergy between music and haute horlogerie. In addition to its constant presence at the Montreux Jazz Festival, the brand has been a partner since the beginning of the famous Montreux Jazz Cafés, located at the international airports of Geneva and Zurich and at Harrods in London. New openings are planned at the Gare de Lyon in Paris and at the Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne.

Moreover, the brand's commitment to music continues in Italy, thanks to a new collaboration with MITO Settembre Musica, an event that brings together excellent music from around the world in Milan and Turin every year. Parmigiani Fleurier, in fact, which plays an active role in the search for new talent, with the Parmigiani Fleurier Jazz Piano Solo Competition attracts young jazz pianists from around the world and offers the first prize winner the opportunity to record a record and perform at numerous events. The winner of the 2013 edition, Jerry Leonide, won the Public's Choice Award, demonstrating, in addition to his unquestionable technical and interpretative skills, excellent communication skills and energy. Leonide will perform on 19 September at the Out Off Theatre in Milan during the MITO festival.
