The first Louis Vuitton watch to be available only in a steel bracelet version, the Tambour Evolution GMT is characterised by the use of Black MMC for the construction of the bezel (on the steel case): this is a metal matrix composite, adopted mainly in the aerospace industry and in the world of Formula 1. The dial is black, with a red GMT hand and a circular day/night indicator positioned at 6 o'clock. At the heart of this timepiece, visible through the porthole in the caseback, is the LV71 calibre, a self-winding mechanical movement with the Louis Vuitton logo on the oscillating weight.
