In 2006, Vacheron Constantin introduced the Collection Excellence Platine, comprising exclusive models in the rarest metal, in limited editions. This year, at Sihh 2014, this prestigious line welcomes the Malte Tourbillon, which made its debut in 2012 in a rose gold version. The dial is also in platinum, as evidenced by the "Pt 950" inscription discreetly positioned between 4 and 5. The axis of the hour and minute hands is slightly off-centre to leave room for the tourbillon cage at 6 o'clock.
