Baume & Mercier - Clifton 1892 Flying Tourbillon

To celebrate a pocket watch tourbillon that triumphed in 1892 at the Kew Observatory with an extraordinary score of 91.9 out of a hundred, setting a precision record that would remain unbeaten for 10 years, Baume & Mercier presents the Clifton 1892 Flying Tourbillon, in a limited edition of 30. The movement, the manual P591 calibre, is made by the Val Fleurier manufacture for Baume & Mercier. The 45.5-millimetre diameter pink gold case is matched by an opaline silvered dial with applied gold Arabic numerals and hour markers. The flying tourbillon cage, which has no bridges, opens at 9 o'clock. The tourbillon makes one rotation per minute.
