TCM has a new testimonial: the award-winning chef Ilario Vinciguerra. His work experiences include the Hotel "la Reserve de Beaulieu" in France (2 Michelin stars), the "Luigi Quindicesimo" in Montercarlo, not forgetting the important Italian stage at "Don Alfonso 1890" in San'Agata sui due Golfi, Naples (3 Michelin stars). In 2000 he realised his first dream with the opening of 'Antica Trattoria Monte Costone' in Galliate Lombardo, which was awarded a Michelin star in 2007. In March 2011 is the big moment of the Ilario Vinciguerra Restaurant, a magnificent Art Nouveau Villa with a park of 4000 square metres located in the centre of Gallarate (VA): an elegant and cosy environment with a terrace overlooking the lake, which achieves great success, confirming the Michelin star. A modern but at the same time traditional cuisine, constantly evolving, which never neglects details. "The idea of a dish alone is not enough," says Vinciguerra, "you need to be able to take it further, in such a way as to satisfy the olfactory, visual and gustatory aspects, three pivotal points that guide each of my creations together with the famous 3 P's: Bread, Pasta and Pastry, strictly homemade".
