Today Samantha Cristoforetti returns from the International Space Station (ISS), becoming the woman to have spent the longest period in the history of space missions in space. What watch is the first Italian woman to go into orbit wearing? It is an Omega Speedmaster Skywalker X-33, created in 1995 to meet the needs and operational requirements of international space agencies. Someone may have noticed that she is wearing two of them: one on the right, one on the left. And it would appear that on her left wrist Samantha has the time on board the International Space Station and on the right wrist the time at the Moscow control centre.
