It is 60 years since the launch of the Ladybird, which at the time was equipped with the smallest round movement on the market. In the anniversary year, Blancpain is presenting a commemorative limited edition version (60 pieces, of course...). The 21.5-millimetre-diameter case is made of white gold. The bezel is set with 32 diamonds. On the mother-of-pearl dial, characterised by a distinctive and sinuous wave motif, the hours are marked by skeleton leaf hands, with 8 diamond hour markers and 4 geometric and facetted quarter markers. The movement is the 6150 calibre, self-winding, now equipped with a silicon balance spring.
