For the third consecutive year, Chopard is Official Timing Partner of the WEC team: Porsche Motorsport. At the Six Hours of Silverstone 2016, the opening round of the season, the two new Porsche 919 Hybrids driven by Chopard ambassadors Mark Webber, Brendon Hartley and Romain Dumas, will once again compete for victory on the revamped British Midlands circuit after a successful 2015 that ended with a double title in the drivers' and constructors' championships.
To celebrate the partnership, Chopard presented the Superfast Chrono Porsche 919 Edition, dedicated to the new Porsche 919 Hybrid. This flyback chronograph, chronometer-certified by the COSC, echoes the aesthetic codes of the racing car and is produced in a limited edition of 919 pieces.
