A direct reference to the marine world is the new Aquascope by JeanRichard with which the brand pays tribute to its historic "diving" model from the 1960s: in particular, the monobloc case of the original version, which protected the two crowns, has been retained, while its two sides have been redesigned to round off its ergonomics. Animated by an in-house mechanical self-winding JR1000 calibre movement, the watch is offered with a blue (or black) dial, with hour markers and hands treated with luminescent material, and a white (or black) calfskin strap fastened by a steel folding clasp. The bidirectional rotating blue bezel is designed to indicate the remaining dive time. The watch is guaranteed water-resistant to a pressure of up to 30 atmospheres and is on sale at a price of €5,350.
