A re-edition of a 1960s diver's model, the Longines Legend Diver Watch combines high performance with timeless elegance. Of the original model, the watch retains the stylistic codes of the time, such as the design represented by the domed crystal protecting the dial. The characteristics that make it a contemporary timepiece are: the adoption of sapphire crystal, the water-resistance rating of 30 atmospheres, the use of a screw-down crown and back, and a bidirectional rotating flange, the latter useful for determining the remaining immersion time. Steel for the case, which houses a self-winding mechanical movement, calibre L633.5 (ETA 2824-2 base), and which frames a black lacquered dial with indexes and hands coated with SuperLuminova. The caseback features an engraving of a diver. Offered with a rubber or leather strap or a version with a Milanese mesh bracelet, it is priced at €2,050.
