Officine Panerai Luminor Submersible 1950 3 Days Automatic Red Gold - 42 mm

PAM00684

Panerai's first Submersible watch with a case 42 millimetres in diameter, it comes in red gold and is water-resistant to 100 metres. The brand's red gold is an alloy with a slightly higher percentage of copper than standard, to give a particular intensity to the colouring, and a quota of platinum to help reduce oxidation phenomena in the metal. The case has a unidirectional rotating bezel with a black ceramic disc and a winding crown protection device. The dial is black with SuperLuminova hour markers and hands. At night, or at depths, the minute hand and the 12 o'clock stud on the bezel are tinged a vivid blue instead of the classic fluorescent green of all the other indications, so as to always offer a clear reference point for calculating dive times. It is equipped with the IWC-manufactured automatic calibre P.9010, with a three-day power reserve, visible through the sapphire glass back. Rubber strap. Price: 25,900 euros.
