Steve Aoki, DJ and record producer, known for his creative strength in music, technology, fashion and lifestyle, will be the new ambassador for Diesel branded watches until 2019. To launch the collaboration, Aoki will spearhead the first collection of Blue Transparency watches, available from this autumn. Derived from the indigo blue of jeans, the transparent blue shade represents a natural evolution in the design of Diesel, a brand with its roots in denim culture. The new models feature vintage accents in the cream shade on the dials, inspired by the classic stitching of jeans. Transparent cases and straps that fade from blue to crystalline transparency complete the design of these timepieces. The Blue Transparency watches are available in selected shops and at diesel.com/watches.
