Jaeger-LeCoultre at the Oscars 2019

Last night (tonight in Italy), in Los Angeles, the Dolby Theatre hosted the 91st Academy Awards (better known as the Oscars), honouring the best stars of the 2018 film season. Several famous faces were 'spotted' wearing a Jaeger-LeCoulter watch on their wrist. Among them was Spike Lee, who won the Oscar for best non-original screenplay with his film 'BlacKkKlansman', and who wore a Reverso Classic Medium Duoface Small Seconds at the Los Angeles ceremony. British actor Nicolas Hoult, in the cast of the film 'The Favourite', also wore a Reverso, in the Classic Duoface Large variant, while Richard E. Grant, who received a nomination in the Best Supporting Actor category for the film 'Can You Ever Forgive Me', wore a Master Ultra Thin Date on his wrist. For his part, the American director and screenwriter Barry Jenkins, nominated in the 'best non-original screenplay' category for the film 'If Beale Street could talk', was spotted wearing a Master Ultra Thin Small Seconds, while Yorgos Lanthimos, director of the film 'The Favourite', chose an Ultra Thin Moon, also from the Jaeger-LeCoultre Master series.
