Golfer Nelly Korda joins the Richard Mille team

Richard Mille is delighted to welcome young American golfer Nelly Korda and congratulate her on her triumph last month at the Australian Open in Adelaide. The 20-year-old Korda is no exception in her family history that is inextricably linked to the sport: her parents, Petr and Regina, are former international tennis players, while her brother Sebastian is a professional tennis player and her sister Jessica a golfer. Nelly's professional career took off in 2016, after she won the LPGA Sioux Falls golf tournament on the Symetra Tour. She later achieved victory in the LPGA Taiwan in Taoyuan and won her first title on the LPGA circuit on the same occasion. By the age of 15, Nelly had already competed in the women's US Open, before joining the US Junior Solheim Cup team two years later. Her amateur career was crowned by the 2015 Harter Hall Invitational and the 2015 PING Invitational. This second win in the LPGA in Nelly, Adelaide, once again resonates Korda's name in Australia, following her father winning the Australian Open in 1998, her sister winning the same tournament in 2012 and her brother winning the Australian Open junior in 2018. Destined for a promising future in the world of golf, young Nelly naturally finds a place among the other athletes in the Richard Mille family, all involved in the development of a decidedly sporty women's collection.
