Artcurial presents Monaco Sculptures

Artcurial strengthens its presence in the Principality of Monaco by opening a new exhibition space, four years after the opening of a permanent representative office. The new gallery is located at the top of the Casino gardens, in the Monte Carlo Palace, 3/8 Boulevard des Moulins. This move allows Artcurial to position itself firmly on the Monegasque territory, implementing its activity with two important sales sessions, in January and July. In addition, from today until 28 April, in conjunction with Monaco Art Week, an international event that brings together the main local players in the art sector, during the Salons Art Monte-Carlo and PAD Monaco, Artcurial is hosting an exhibition of 20th century sculptures in its new showroom. For the occasion, the new artistic and cultural project, Monaco Sculptures, in partnership with Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, which will take place in summer 2019, will also be presented. The sculptures will then be offered as part of a dedicated auction in July. "This new exhibition space, open to the public, allows us to host Monaco's cultural life more efficiently throughout the year," explained Louise Gréther, Director Artcurial Monaco. "It is an additional opportunity to present major works that will go to auction, but also an ideal place to welcome collectors to provide our confidential valuations."
