Bulgari on show in Venice

Until 1 March 2020, the Fondaco dei Tedeschi in Venice will host the exhibition 'Bulgari Serpenti. Myth and Mastery'. On display are the first Serpenti made with the Tubogas technique up to the more realistic ones with gold scales or coated with polychrome enamels. On five totems are installed images of shots by great photographers who have immortalised muses from the worlds of film and fashion wearing Bulgari Serpenti creations of yesterday and today. On a video panel, an anthology of historical images and works of art inspired by the snake myth completes the story, offering a point of encounter and reflection on the different cultures of the world. All around, the snake scale motif envelops the visitor, encouraging immersion in a universe of beauty, creativity and craftsmanship. Free admission. For information: www.dfs.com.
