Casio announces the renewal of its official partnership with Formula One team Alpha Tauri (formerly Scuderia Toro Rosso), with a further two-year agreement. Over the next two years, Casio will strengthen its support for the team and actively promote the Edifice brand worldwide under the motto "Speed and Intelligence". Scuderia Alpha Tauri, based in Faenza, is a racing team with a rich roster of promising young drivers. The team is experiencing a new beginning in 2020 with a name change from Scuderia Toro Rosso to Scuderia Alpha Tauri. The Edifice analogue metal watches are characterised by a dynamic design and functions based on advanced electronic technology that recall the sense of speed typical of motor sports. The EQB-1000, the flagship model unveiled last year, features a case just 8.9 mm thick and innovative smartphone connection functions for automatic time updating. The popularity of this chronograph continues to grow, especially among motor sports enthusiasts. Scuderia Alpha Tauri brings its youthful energy and race cars equipped with extraordinary technological innovations to the Formula One circuit in a passionate pursuit of speed. Casio, which firmly believes that these qualities fit perfectly with the brand concept of Edifice watches, has been an official team partner of the racing team since 2016. With the renewal of the partnership agreement, Casio and Edifice logos will appear on the drivers' overalls and the nose of the cars in the 2020 and 2021 seasons.
