Presented in 2016, the Monsieur by Chanel is a men's watch with a jumping display and retrograde minute indication. The movement used, the Calibre 1 (hand-wound mechanical, with a 72-hour power reserve) is the first movement entirely designed, developed, assembled and tested by the Maison. This year, Chanel presents a new version of the Monsieur, characterised by the use of a 40 mm diameter white gold case and a blue calfskin dial and strap. It is a limited edition of only 55 pieces.
