On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the birth of the Paneristi.com web community, an acknowledged point of reference for the countless collectors and enthusiasts of the brand throughout the world, Panerai presents a new special edition reference, the Radiomir Venti - 45 mm (PAM02020), produced in a limited edition of just 1020 pieces. The result of a creative process developed in close collaboration between the technical/creative department of the Panerai Ideas Laboratory and the Panerai watchmakers, the new Radiomir Venti - 45 mm is an evocative instrument-tribute in its own right. The watch is called upon to celebrate a host of faithful devotees and admirers whose insignia it bears in a double engraving on the dial and back. This new model reinterprets in a contemporary key the expressive vocabulary of the first Radiomir watches dating back to the second half of the 1930s. Panerai is therefore celebrating the twentieth anniversary of the paneristi.com web community, a unique and authentic phenomenon within the watchmaking world, with a new Radiomir with a decidedly marked content. Reinterpreting with character, in the beige of the Super-LumiNova and the brown of the dial, the unique aesthetics induced by the effects of time of the original models that have survived to the present day, the Radiomir Venti - 45 mm is also distinguished by the use of gilded sword-shaped hands, a customary complement to the original models. As well as for the use of AISI 316L steel, finished with a patina that gives a matt and almost 'worn' effect to the bezel and case, bearing the engraving "VENTI" between the lugs at 6 o'clock, a further tribute to the paneristi.com community. Conforming in its mechanical content to models dating back to the brand's early days, it is equipped with a hand-wound mechanical movement, entirely conceived, designed and developed in-house at the Panerai Manufacture in Neuchâtel. The movement is very solid, thanks to the solution of the double bridge supporting the regulating organ: it is the P.6000 calibre, equipped with a balance stop device and with a three-day autonomy guaranteed by a single barrel. Water-resistant to 10 atmospheres, the new Radiomir Venti - 45 mm is fitted with a beige suede calfskin strap with tone-on-tone stitching and branded "OP" logo. Exquisitely vintage in style, it is fitted with a stitched trapezoidal buckle in steel with an aged-effect patina.
