Casio launches two new Edifice high-performance chronographs under the motto "Speed and Intelligence". The new models, Ref. EQB-1000AT and ECB-10AT, made of 6K carbon fibre, are the result of a collaboration with Formula One's Scuderia AlphaTauri. In 2021, the eyes of many motorsport fans will be on Scuderia AlphaTauri, the F1 team that won the Italian Grand Prix in September last year thanks to Pierre Gasly. The team's innovative technologies and passionate pursuit of speed fit perfectly with the Edifice brand concept. Casio has been the official team partner of AlphaTauri F1 since 2016, when the Scuderia was called Toro Rosso. The new EQB-1000AT and ECB-10AT watches represent the second collaboration between Edifice and the team. The dial and bezel of the EQB-1000AT and the dial of the ECB-10AT are made of 6K carbon fibre, the same high-strength material used to produce the aileron and floorpan of racing cars. The predominant colour of the two models is navy blue, characteristic of the AlphaTauri team, whose logo is engraved on the dial, case back and strap loop. In both watches, the dial is protected by a sapphire crystal, which guarantees maximum protection even in the most demanding races. In addition, these watches automatically adjust the time thanks to the Bluetooth connection and a special app, ensuring maximum precision for team members who have to plan their days minute by minute. The app also allows you to choose from 300 cities to set world time quickly and easily, ideal for a team that travels the world.
EQB-1000AT
Based on the EQB-1000, with its slim profile and Tough Solar system, this new watch connects via a dedicated app to easily set the time in two cities, on the main and sub-dials respectively. The cordura strap is highly resistant.
ECB-10AT
Based on the ECB-10 with Schedule Timer function, which allows you to synchronise with your smartphone calendar to display the start and end time on the LCD display and set beeps, this new watch can connect to your smartphone to automatically adjust the local time when you travel. The resin strap ensures a perfect fit on the wrist.
