Training with G-Shock

The first smartwatch with Wear OS by Google technology for G-Shock, the GSW-H1000 model in the G-Squad collection is packed with features to help you stay in shape with the ability to set goals for various sports activities, including running, indoor training, road cycling and swimming, as well as more extreme sports such as surfing and snowboarding. You can use Google Assistant while exercising and track your activity data with Google Fit. You can also choose from thousands of apps available on Google Play and easily access important information such as messages and phone calls, notifications, calendar, weather forecasts and more. The data you need for your workout, from activity history and analysis to progress reports, is easily tracked and always at your fingertips with the data management functions of the G-Shock Move app. The new Sensor Overlay function allows videos and still images of activities to be combined with data captured by the watch to create visual content overlaid on top of the data for sharing on social media. The smartwatch is equipped with an optical heart rate sensor, compass, altitude/atmospheric pressure sensor, accelerometer, gyrometer, GPS and more. The two-level colour or monochrome display features a three-level interface that can be customised to suit one's goals, with a variety of data at your fingertips for easy reference. The GSW-H1000 ensures an optimal fit on the wrist thanks to its flexible and durable soft urethane strap, as well as special components inserted between the strap and case to ensure maximum comfort. Characterised by the brand's typical robustness, it is shock-resistant and water-resistant to 200 metres.
