Exceptional sale for Antiquorum

An important result for the Antiquorum 'Important Modern & Vintage Timepieces' auction, held on 9 May in Geneva at the Hotel Beau-Rivage. The sale total of 10,358,555 Swiss francs included three world records: A. Lange & Söhne, Lange 1 Ref. 101.026, in steel (lot 434), which sold for 312,500 Swiss francs (against an initial estimate of 100,000-200,000 Swiss francs); Omega Chronomètre à Tourbillon in yellow gold (lot 444), which sold for 512.500 Swiss Francs (initial estimate of 100,000-200,000 Swiss Francs); Rolex Zerographe Ref. 3346, in steel with white dial (lot 292), sold for 225,000 Swiss Francs (initial estimate of 50,000-80,000 Swiss Francs). As many as 535 lots were in the catalogue with a great variety of wristwatches and pocket watches of the most prestigious brands (Rolex, Patek Philippe, Cartier, A. Lange & Söhne, Omega and many others) that attracted bidders from all over the world logged onto Antiquorum.swiss, as well as bidders on the phone and on the Zoom platform.
