The "OAK Collection" ("One-of-A-Kind"), one of the largest private collections of Patek Philippe watches in the world, will go on display at the Design Museum in London from 10 to 16 December. The collection has been curated over the course of almost forty years and consists of 160 watches, including numerous Patek Philippe watches that belonged to Henry Graves Jr. (one of the largest collections outside the Patek Philippe Museum), a large collection of unique pieces commissioned by the collector or purchased at auctions of the most prestigious houses, as well as some of the rarest Rolex, F.P. Journe and Kari Voutilainen models. A combination of vintage and contemporary watches, including Calatrava's largest collection in the world. The exhibition is divided into 11 sections, which can be described as 'chapters' of time, each encapsulating the collector's appreciation of specific types of watches - from simple three-hand models to more complicated pieces.
