With just over a month to go until the opening of the 2009 Basel Show, the first previews of the models that will be launched for the occasion are starting to arrive. One of these is the new Code-R chronograph by Wyler GenèveThe case is made of satin-finished titanium, the same material used for the push-buttons and the rubber-coated crown surmounted by a crown protector; also made of titanium are the four screws at the corners of the case. The black dial features chronograph counters and a large rhodium-plated 12 o'clock. Touches of orange are also used for the indices and the end of the satin-finished rhodium-plated hands. Completing the dial is the date window, positioned at 4.30 o'clock. Equipped with a self-winding mechanical movement, with a 42-hour power reserve, and water-resistant to 5 atmospheres, the Wyler Genève chronograph is fitted with a black rubber strap with a steel and titanium buckle.
