TAG Heuer: the Aquaracer becomes Superdiver

Following last year's restyling of the Aquaracer, TAG Heuer raises the bar in terms of the technicality of its famous diver with a more extreme and resistant version, raising the water-resistance figure to 1,000 metres. The Aquaracer Professional 1000 Superdiver also represents a milestone for the brand, as it inaugurates a new long-term collaboration, introducing for the first time the calibre TH30-00 (with an impressive 70-hour power reserve and Cosc-certified) manufactured by Kenissi Manufacture exclusively for TAG.

Based on the Aquaracer Professional 300, the Superdiver revisits its design in a more technical key. ISO 6425:2018 certification for saturation diving watches makes it conform to the highest professional standards. Antimagnetic, shock and corrosion resistant, it offers maximum readability on the dial with its arrow-shaped hour hand, which is larger than that of the Aquaracer Professional 300 to leave more space for the extremely powerful and luminous SuperLuminova SLN Grade X1. The minute and seconds spheres, most useful for diving, are highlighted in orange (the colour of maritime safety). The date with additional lens has been removed for technical reasons, as these depths put a strain on the mounting technology under the sapphire crystal. The winding crown has a special protection for safe use under water.

The case is 45 mm grade 5 titanium, with a unidirectional black and orange ceramic bezel and helium escape valve. The Aquaracer Professional 1000 Superdiver will benefit from an extended international warranty of up to five years.
