To celebrate its role in the promotion of golf as a world-class discipline, Omega has created two special models in the Seamaster Aqua Terra collection, designed for golf enthusiasts and dedicated to two exclusive partnerships: one with the PGA of America, one of the world's largest golfing organisations for which Omega has been Official Timekeeper since 2011, and one with the Ryder Cup, the prestigious 2012 tournament in the United States in September, where the House of Biel will be a technical partner. In particular, it is the Seamaster Aqua Terra PGA, which has a steel case 41.5 mm in diameter and green details on the dial (the "Seamaster" inscription and the minute track), to recall the "green" of golf courses, while the indexes are in white gold. It is water-resistant to 15 atmospheres, uses an automatic mechanical movement with a Co-Axial escapement and is already available in our country (price: €4,135). The second Seamaster Aqua Terra, dedicated to the Ryder Cup, and which will be available in Italy from May, has hands and a minute scale that recall the colours of the logo of the golf competition of the same name. Its case is steel, 41.5 mm in diameter, water resistance is guaranteed up to 15 atmospheres and the movement used is mechanical with automatic winding (price: €4,135).
