The Hong Kong Trade Development Council and Fiera di Vicenza announced on 24 January the reaching of an important cooperation agreement to promote the jewellery market. The signing of the agreement took place in Vicenza, paving the way for an impressive Italian presence at the HTDC Hong Kong International Jewellery Show 2015. Benjamin Chau, Deputy Executive Director of the HKTDC and Matteo Marzotto, President of Fiera di Vicenza, renewed the aforementioned agreement, which started in September 2013. "The renewal of the cooperation agreement between the HKTDC and Fiera di Vicenza will strengthen our strategic alliance as the organisers of the most important jewellery fairs in different continents," said Mr Chau, who added: "The agreement also aims at a continued and future collaboration to encourage greater cooperation with Italian jewellery companies. The T-Gold International Pavilion, organised by Fiera di Vicenza at the Honk Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, will be present at the Hong Kong International Jewellery Show 2015, which will take place from 4 to 8 March. The pavilion will showcase the latest machinery and technologies developed for jewellery production in Italy.
