Tomorrow 4 February at 9 p.m., at the Sala Colucci of Unione-Confcommercio in Milan (Corso Venezia 47), the meeting 'Watches and Assistance: watchmakers and retailers in favour of a free and quality market' will be held. Open to watchmakers and retailers who want to offer consumers a qualified and efficient assistance service in collaboration with watch manufacturers, the meeting will include a series of speeches by a number of players in the sector, including: Rodolfo Saviola, watchmakers' representative; Rino De Feo, AOL (Lombard Goldsmiths' Association) retailers' advisor; Rinaldo Cassani, Capac watchmaking lecturer; Mario Peserico, Assorologi president; Marco Donzelli, Codacons president; Andrea Sangalli, AOL retailers' president. The underlying theme concerns the increasingly poor possibility of obtaining spare parts from manufacturers, which makes it difficult to satisfy the end customer. Participation in the meeting is free of charge and open to AOL members and non-members. For information: Associazione Orafa Lombarda, tel. 02.76395042.
