Barbara Gianuzzi Communication is the new press office for Louis Erard

54230AA01_Excellence Regulator_ambAs of 1 November 2017, Louis Erard is entrusting its communication and digital PR activities to Studio Barbara Gianuzzi Comunicazione, a company that provides specific expertise in the watch and jewellery sectors. The assignment entrusted to the new press office is part of a path begun by the brand in 2016 with the distribution agreement signed with Eberhard Italia, which to date has developed a network of around a hundred selected points of sale throughout Italy. "We are thrilled to start this collaboration," says Alain Spinedi, CEO of Louis Erard, "aware of the importance that communication will have in our project to relaunch the Maison in Italy. We have a rich and long history that we wish to tell, certain that this will add value to the knowledge and appreciation of the brand. We need to be able to count on the expertise and sensitivity to the sector in order to effectively convey the numerous contents that characterise our production and, above all, the innovative aspect of Louis Erard watches". Louis Erard is therefore relaunching in the Bel Paese with an ambitious strategy that involves the brand at 360 degrees, from distribution to communication. The objective is to make a public of enthusiasts and connoisseurs like the Italian one appreciate a brand with over 85 years of history that has been a spokesman, from its very beginnings, for the passion for fine mechanical watchmaking and that, over time, has had the dedication necessary to disseminate it through its ability to produce timepieces with high technical content and an excellent quality/price ratio. The hallmark of this approach are the Regulator collections, timepieces that, in the relentless pursuit of precision and maximisation of performance, propose an in-line construction and time-reading technique. The development of these particular mechanisms has deeply involved the Maison, which recently collaborated with a prestigious manufacture in the realisation of its own module. The agency's intervention will be aimed at the conception and management of various communication activities which, in addition to media relations, will range over digital, sponsorship, co-marketing and advertising, in a mix consistent with the brand's need for visibility. Founded in 1931 in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Louis Erard takes its name from its founder and is fully integrated in the panorama of high-end watchmaking. The House expresses its distinctive character above all through a watch typology with distinctive aesthetic and technical characteristics, the Regulator. Currently based in Le Noirmont, in the Swiss Jura region, the House stands out in the watchmaking context for its ability to create an extremely successful aesthetic proposal, ranging from classic and refined timepieces, for men or women, to complications, but always at an affordable price. Moreover, in 2008, Louis Erard sealed its path in high-end watchmaking with the development of an exclusive module in collaboration with Soprod. In 2016, the Swiss House celebrated its 85th anniversary. The Maison continues to make its independence its defining characteristic.
